Essential Criteria

I am aged between 12 and 18 on January 1st of this year

I am a permanent resident in Pendle

I represent my sport at county level or higher

I confirm I will provide a testimonial

I confirm that my images and information can be used for promotional purposes by Pendle Leisure Trust

You must tick all the boxes to be accepted on to the Talented Athletes Scheme
